Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bcbaji platform at bcbaji.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the player, and bcbaji. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

bcbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of bcbaji following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent version in force.

These Terms are supplemented by the bcbaji Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms attached to individual promotions. All supplementary documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bcbaji platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while their account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bcbaji is strictly an 18+ platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wagers under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — either one you have voluntarily applied to your bcbaji account or one imposed by a third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• Not excluded by bcbaji: You must not have had a bcbaji account previously closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.
• Own account: You must be registering and using the account solely on your own behalf. Opening accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

By completing the bcbaji registration process, you confirm and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false or misleading information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on the bcbaji platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed, balances will be frozen, and any bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid contact email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. Any changes to your registration details must be communicated to bcbaji's support team promptly at [email protected].

• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bcbaji login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify bcbaji immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bcbaji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC verification: bcbaji may at any time request identity verification documents (KYC) to confirm the name, age, and address of account holders. Standard documents accepted include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Payment method verification: For withdrawal requests, bcbaji may require verification that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits is registered in the same name as the bcbaji account holder.

bcbaji reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account at any time if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bcbaji supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing funds as convenient as possible for players across the country. All financial transactions on the bcbaji platform are processed over 256-bit SSL encrypted channels.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at bcbaji's discretion and will be reflected in the player dashboard.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. This applies across all supported payment methods.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your bcbaji account within sixty seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your bank.
• Withdrawal requests: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in your player dashboard at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements.
• Withdrawal conditions: Players must have wagered deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed. This condition exists to prevent payment processing abuse and does not apply to winnings generated through normal play.
• No fee deposits: bcbaji does not charge platform-side fees on standard bKash and Nagad deposits. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your mobile financial services provider, if any, are outside bcbaji's control.
• Own payment methods only: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name. Transactions from or to third-party accounts will be declined and may result in account suspension.

Bonuses and Promotions

bcbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses during major cricket tournaments such as BPL and IPL, and seasonal promotions around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other significant Bangladeshi occasions. All bonus offers are subject to these Terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details at the time of the offer.
• Bonus eligibility: Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotional offer multiple times via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins have an expiry period stated in the promotion details. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are listed in the individual promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than live casino or sports betting wagers.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active in your account, placing a single wager above the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion terms will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• bcbaji discretion: bcbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to their existing terms.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with good faith play — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements — may have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for potential closure.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and other wagering products available through bcbaji are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, as well as these overarching Terms and Conditions. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market or game type.

• Bet acceptance: bcbaji reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced, where odds have been published in error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Obvious errors: In the event that a wager is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, bcbaji reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. "Clearly incorrect" means odds that deviate materially from the true market price at the time the wager was placed.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket and football events. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of live score data. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant moment is determined will be voided.
• Match abandonment: In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold for that sport, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. Specific rules for individual sports (e.g., T20 cricket minimum overs) are detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• Casino game integrity: All casino and slot games available on bcbaji use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by bcbaji or by any player action outside of normal gameplay.
• Technical failures: In the event of a technical failure during a game or sports event, bcbaji will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

bcbaji's decision on the settlement of any bet or game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in the player support documentation. All bet histories are retained and are available to players on request for a period of up to 90 days from the date of the wager.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bcbaji platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, misrepresenting your age, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund your bcbaji account.
• Money laundering: Using the bcbaji platform to deposit funds derived from criminal activity, or to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals in a manner consistent with money laundering. bcbaji is committed to maintaining robust anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format available on bcbaji.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, free bets, or odds discrepancies across platforms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, macros, or any third-party software that interacts with bcbaji's systems in an automated or non-human manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute through your mobile financial services provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) or bank after funds have been received and credited to your bcbaji account. Chargeback attempts will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for any funds withdrawn.
• Interference with platform integrity: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, probe, or disrupt bcbaji's systems, servers, or software in any manner.
• Underage play: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 18, or facilitating underage play by sharing account credentials with a minor.

Account Suspension and Closure

bcbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within the specified period
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity
• Chargeback initiation or payment dispute against a bcbaji transaction
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or other legal obligation requiring account action

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email to the registered address. bcbaji targets a resolution timeframe of 10 business days for standard suspension investigations, though complex cases involving third-party information requests may take longer.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any remaining balance above ৳200 will be processed for withdrawal to the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately through the Responsible Gaming channel and are actioned immediately on receipt.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law.
